Question about Apple MacBook PC Notebook
I have recently brought a MacBook, and have noticed that there is diagonal lines across the screen. These lines can be seen more clearly on lighter colours, and very clear on a white background. They are clearer in the top left hand corner of the screen. The following picture shows the issue;
This is is the second MacBook I've had (one had to be returned to the store because of a faulty airport card), and they have both had these diagonal lines across their screens.
Sounds like dropped pixels. My first guess is the computer has been dropped on its corner, with the pixel dropout radiating diagonally from the corner.
My saint bernard sat on my g3 lombard, and I have vertical pixel dropout because of it, from the top of the screen to the bottom.
And no, it is not normal for a macbook to have lines across the screen.
