Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have sansa clip 2gb. I reset it completely. When I turn it on again i find the same settings again. Ive tried everything every kind of formatting but its setting wont change nor the data on it could be...

Plug it into your computer via USB, then copy the files over. Make sure you are formatting the memory card, and not the camera's internal memory. As a side note, formatting the card will not reset the settigns, and resetting the settings will not format the memory card

My Canon PowerShot SX10 IS WILL NOT turn on , ive tried everything , and ive even gone on youtube to look for videos to fix it , i cant find any . ive had the camera for 3 years

HI..

The possibilities to consider for this kind of problem are quite a number

the bateries you are using might be defective, so you can get a new set of bateries with the voltage and wattage or charge the old one appropriately..

the contact for the battery could be the problem if there is rust in it. this would need cleaning..

the power switch of the camera might also be faulty, this would require you to take the camera to a repairer.. if you got warranty on it you can consider using it or look for a good engineer around you to fix it..

i hope this information will help you

Nikon d200 with 70-300 mm lense shutter exposure problems

Start out by putting the camera on the GREEN AUTO button on top of the camera. It sounds like you moved into a manual mode and I don't think you're ready for thet yet. Let me know if this fixes the initial problem. We can go from there.

Wont stay on

I just contaced Sony support for the exact same problem. If you're able to power the camera on in VIEW mode, open the rubber tab to expose the USB and DC In connections, directly above that there is a small RESET button. Get a paperclip and push and hold the button until the camera resets itself. This fixed my problems, hope it will fix yours!

Driver for Canon EOS 400D

This camera does not require a driver on windows XP. The most common cause of USB related communication issues is the USB cord itself. Second most common cause is the USB port on the camera as they are easily damaged. You can fix the problem by buying a USB card reader instead of plugging the camera directly into your PC. If you use the camera's USB port it will eventually fail, they simply can not last through years of plugging and unplugging and the bumping around associated with use of the on board USB port. With the card reader you simply remove the memory card from the camera, plug it into the reader and then proceed to get your pictures. It is simple, reliable, and all around the best solution to this and all problems related to communicating with your camera over USB.

Stuck in docking mode

There may be a small reset-button hidden inside a small hole somewhere that you might push with a paperclip or something. Also make sure the connection plug on your camera isn't damaged. If some pins are shorted out it might fool the camera to believe it's still connected to the computer.

Doesnt respond to pc

Inside the camera settings is a USB 'Mode' switch. You have to switch it to the other mode. There are only two positions so just change it to the other one.

I can't describe exactly where you find the setting but dig around in the manual for anything USB related and you'll find it.
