Sounds sound like an echo chamber

1. Click Start, click Control Panel, click Hardware and Sound, and then click Sound.
2. In the Sound window right-click your Speakers and select Configure Speakers.
3. Follow the on-screen setup, and Test the available configurations.
4. Indentify whether or not one configuration appears to have less of an “echo” than others.
5. If the issue is resolved by modifying the configuration then you do not need to do anything further

Our Dell computer speakers work but the sound is not normal voices. It's like the voices are animated

It is possible that a setting on your soundcard has the pitch of the voices higher than normal or an effect is turned on that isnt required. Have you tried plugging the speakers into another source to see if it sounds the same?

Reformat your hard drive. Sounds like you have too many programs installed to protect your computer. One of these computers may be some sort of spyware.

You only need one good antivirus software program with a firewall. You must subscribe to them every year in order to continue to get virus updates.
