Remove the hard drive and install it as either an external drive (USB) or internal as slave on another pc. from there, you can see all the files. Only the op system is passwordized; even if there is a BIOS password, this trick should still work.

If this is WindowsXP, reboot the computer in safe mode by re-starting the computer and pressing F8 repeated as the computer starts up. You will be presented with different "modes" to start windows in. Choose 'Safe Mode". Then (in safe mode) click Start and then click Run. In the open box type "control userpasswords2" (without the quotes). You will now have access to all the user accounts, including the administrator's account and will be able to reset the lost password. Just click the administrator user account or any account, and then click Reset Password.

TestDisk is a powerful open-source tool for recovering your data.

Not only can TestDisk perform basic file recovery like undeleting accidentally deleted files from FAT, NTFS, and ext2 file systems, but it comes with a host of additional functionality.

With TestDisk you can recover your boot sector from a backup, rebuild your boot sector, fix FAT tables, fix your MFT, locate the ext2/ext3 backup SuperBlock, copy deleted files from partitions to recovery media, and find lost partitions in dozens of formats to help you locate your lost data.

MiniTool Power Data Recovery

(Free Edition) is my top pick as it proved to be way ahead of the competition.

It comes with a very intuitive interface which is suitable for all users.

It has recovered 1GB in 85 seconds and managed to recover all 106 files after the disk was formatted.

Help files are very good explaining most of the recovery methods step by step. A must have for any computer.

I want desktop manual of ibm mother board 8187ufa

This can usually be found on the manufacturers website you may need to search manually for it but in most cases the search engine provided by the manufacturer will find it, If it does not you can always contact the support section of the manufacturers website as they may have the data archived on a back up server. Otherwise try Google if you have not already but I have personally not had to use this myself too often only when the motherboard is over 20 years old which is unlikely unless you are using an obsolete computer to learn from. I hope this helps

There are many Windows password reset tools, but I haven't personally tested them. Windows Password Rescuer is a widely spread edition on internet...
It supports running with CD/DVD/USB, remove the lost or forgotten password and then log in to your computer without any password.
As long as you have another PC to install it and burn it to CD/DVD or USB Drive. You also can use Windows Password Rescuer to add a new user with administrator privilege to your Windows. With this New user account you can and logon your locked computer directly.

You can often successfully recover deleted files from a PC, it all depends on what has happened since the files were deleted.
When you delete files the data itself isn't deleted, just the index entry that tells the system where the data for those files is located. The area containing the deleted data is also now marked as free space so it is available for any new files to be written there instead.

If and when that happens, then it is too late to recover your deleted files so it is very, very important to not save any new files or data to the device concerned.

One of the easiest ways to see if you can recover deleted files is to try some good file recovery software. One I used to use is this data recovery program which you can download from site below

When a file is delete, it's still there on the drive, just as before; all that happens is that the file table marks it as free space and changes its name so it's no longer visible. There are a number of "undelete" utilities available, including several good ones, like asoftech data recovery that helped me before:

Computer restored after freezing up using F10 key

You can try a free data recovery program first to scan your drive and see what may be still there to recover. That is the important thing you need to know that the information you want is ACTUALLY still on the physical drive itself. The next step would be to determine if it is recoverable at all. Try one of these free programs and see what you get. It would help if you know at least PART of the file name you will be searching for as well.
