-jaycievoisinif you are still able to navigate your phone,i suggest trying to re-calibrate the screen by going to the settings tab, tap "more", and tap "touch calibration". from there you can sucessfully calibrate the screen, which will probably increase your accuracy of scrolling. Cheers.

Are you able to get to the screen calibration (<Settings><System><Screen>? If so, try to recalibrate. If not, are you still under warranty? Contact ATT, and see if they will replace the unit.
u may not need a new screen. have u tried to do a recalibration? also if u do a hard reset it will bring u to the screen to calibrate ur screen.( note a hard reset will erase all pictures that r not save to sim)
once u have the calibration screen it will tell u to touch in several places and will say that ur off. keep going though it will bring u to a nother screen that u can save or cancel. save settings then go to ur settings and do the calibration again to ur liking
You need to replace touch pad. Parts cost around $25. Fairly easy to replace. Once you see it you will know how to replace, Go on ebay and put in lg vu touch screen and you should pull up parts for your phone. Or just google lg vu replacement touch.
You may try touch calibration.
To do this, first go to the main menu.
Choose the last tab on the right-hand side of the screen and choose 'More'.
Scroll down to 'Touch Calibration', selct, and then follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
