I have the new flip ultra video camera and when I upload the video bits to my computer (using the camera's software), the option for saving it in a more compacted -- easy to email -- format ends up doing something bizarre to the sound. The videos all have a weird high squeely sound to them. When I upload the video bits using the larger "save to computer" format this problem is not there.
When I email video from my Flip Mino, the sound is sped up, just like "the chipmonks" cartoon. Is this normal? If so, I'm taking this thing back, if not, how do I fix it? Thanks! -Clark

Show your appreciation by commenting on sound after uploading from my Flip Video Camera:
try re-encoding them using Virtual-Dub or something, OR, what you can do, is extract the sound from the good copy, (the higher quality large original file), and plop it into the lower quality file, (using Virtual Dub
