We had power outage yesterday and now our office phones need re-programmed. We have Prostar 816. Since the power came back on, only one phone is ringing and the held calls are ringing back within a few seconds. We also cannot pick up phone to answer, we have to hit line that's ringing. How do we restore settings to the way they were?
The battery is dead and will not maintain system programing after a power outage. If the battery is not replaced this problem will occur everytime the power goes out.

Lost power on system and now one extension has no presence of dial tone, I need to re program 5 lines onto this set as well as program delayed ringing on a few sets.
We got all of the phones to ring now, but the held calls are ringing back too soon. We need to fix that.
Had a power surge and only one phone will ring in the office. You have to push the line button to answer the phone.
We have a Samsung Prostar 816 Plus and we recently had a power outage. I am having trouble resetting our phone time back to 12 hour display instead of military time. Also the hold time is alot shorter.
I have the exact problem for the same reasons.

The same problem power went out need re programing. Samsung prostar 816.
My phone system is prostar 816 plus i have @ line and 4 extentions only 1 extension rings and that is the 1 with the LCD screen. when the system was first instualed all line would ring. all the other phones are not LCD.
Time is not displayed and the ringer is on the wrong switched to the wrong phone line
We have the same problem and have replaced the battery. I realize you need to go into the main program mode on the main phone and reprogram the system. Does anybody know what the order is. I have found out that you need to hit #20 then enter your access code. I will default to 1234 then you have to type in 1 then the # key. This should read MMC enabled. At this point you can start to program your phone. #55 gets you into the area for date and time programming. I am looking for the following programming numbers ringing line preference, prime line selection and all lines ringing. Anybody know these?
We had a power outage and out of our 7 phones, only one will ring. Also, you cannot pick up the handset and answer the call, you have to press the line. Does anyone have a solution for this problem.
