I cannot locate the charger for this camera and cannot locate the exact one online to purchase - it is not a regular round connector - this was purchased via HSN .

my vivitar 550 is acting crazy my mom went on a cruise and when she came back ever since it wasn't working now we dont have the charger for it but ive been tryna use my motorolla charger but every time i so so the light on the camera turns red and it still wont cut on. (the screen) so i want to know is there something wrong with the camera or does it just need to be charged.

I use my motorola cell phone charger....they're interchangable

DOES NOT WORK. Same issue, wont turn on. Took pictures as a PC camera, but screen not working, not charging - worked for 3 weeks only, if that. Send it back.
