New computer my new computer runs vista.....the software included with my cannon i560 will not run on this system....what can i do> i have a cannon i560 but this site will not let me on with that product

just select driver download tab

then select what operating system you use...

find the set up installer download...

then install it and enjoy printing...

Vista is known for these driver issues. Make sure you have all the latest MS updates and also go to the cannon website and look for any updated drivers for vista 64 and install them.

This is probably your best bet as windows XP had alot of copatibility issues with HP printers too, I had to wait till an update finely came out.

you dont need any disc as all the drivers are preinstalled on vista computer..just connect the usb cable and it will automatically install it....a printer icon will be created under printers and faxes.
