Write your document in MS Word. That's what most people use. You can use whatever you want as long as the person your sending it to has the capability to read it. After you write, save it as a file , remembering the name and place of the file. Write your email and before you send it there should be a "attach file" option. Click on this. It will ask you where the file is. Simply click on the arrows to go through to where you saved the. Click once on the file and say ok. There should be a note somewhere on the email page, usually at the bottom, showing the file is attached. Then just click send and your all done. Hope this helped.

Hiya Juvin... what E-mail programme are you using?

Normally, produce your work.. once you are happy.. click on File... send as.. choose option E-mail... it will then open the E-mail cover sheet and your work will be saved in the e-mail... alternatively..
Open your E-mail programme create New Mail... click on tools .. then insert.. could be a picture.. file etc.. browse to your folder location & the name you have given to your work or picture.. click insert... will attatch to the E-mail.. you can then write your E-mail in the window.. then send.

Anmy probs get back to us!

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Send a fax - Use the control panel and scanner glass 1. Make sure your All-In-One is on. 2. Open the top cover. 3. Put the first page of your document face down on the scanner glass in the upper left corner. printmastert_34.jpg
4. Close the top cover 5. On the control panel, press Fax. 6. Enter the fax number, then press black or color to send.

Use the control panel and ADF 1. Load up to 50 sheets of your original document face up in the ADF. printmastert_35.jpg

2. On the control panel, press Fax. 3. Enter the fax number, press black or color to send.

We just bought a "Backyard

email customerservice@rankam.com or call 888-837-1380 That's the number to the manufacturer. I don't suggest trying to put it together without it. It gets a little complicated.

NEED 2 PROGRAM COVER PAGE

Cover Sheet
You can have the fax machine generate a cover sheet and send it as the last page of your fax transmission. The cover sheet includes the date and time, the receiver's name and number if a Rapid Key or Speed Dial number is used, the sender's name and number, and the total number of pages.
? Your name and number must be programmed in order for them to appear
on the cover sheet (see page 49).
? To have the recipient's name appear, you must dial using a Rapid Key or
Speed Dial number with the name programmed.
1 Load the document(s).
• SEND READY will appear in the display.
• Press RESOLUTION and/or CONTRAST to set the resolution and contrast if needed.
Press Cover Sheet. (Flip up the Rapid Key overlay if it is down.)
• The display will briefly show COVER SHEET MODE ENTERED and then
revert to SEND READY.
• To cancel the cover sheet selection, press STOP.
3 Dial the receiving party and transmit the fax.
If desired, you can set your fax to automatically send a cover sheet with every
transmission (you do not have to press COVER SHEET each time). This is
accomplished by setting Option Setting 10 (Auto Cover Sheet) to YES as
explained on page 125.

No paper feed if less than 20 sheets in hopper

I had the same problem & it was suggested to adjust the rollers. I took the cover off & played with them & they fell down from a "stuck" positiion. I then left the cover off, taped down the device that moves the cartridges to the center (black movable tab) and hand fed a sheet to see if it was printing OK. It worked so I put it back together. I noticed that the feeding chute extension (goes up) which I had never used before & put it fully up. After printing with a stack of papers and then just a few it now works well with a glossy 8x10 perfectly. I think the change in angle of the paper you get when the paper doesn't bend due to the extension it the key.

Instruction Manual Paper

Can I make a suggestion - -
Have a look on Ebay for somebody selling this item.
You will likely find an email address . .
Most people would probably be prepared to scan a copy in and email it over to you at no cost.

I know I would be happy too.
