Sony Computer Entertainment
America (SCEA) does not sell internal or external parts, schematics, or
repair manuals for the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system to
the public. In order to assure quality control, our authorized service
facilities are the only agencies permitted to carry parts and perform
repairs/exchanges. SCEA does not recommend anyone other than an
authorized Sony Service Technician opening the PlayStation 2 system.
Doing so will immediately void the SCEA Limited Warranty and your
PlayStation 2 system may not be repaired.
