Question about HP Photosmart C3180 All-In-One InkJet Printer
1. First go to your HP Solutions Center (for a PC it's START --> PROGRAMS --> HP --> HP Solutions Center
2. Once that comes up click on SETTINGS --> STATUS --> VIEW INK LEVELS
3. To set your computer up to automatically tell you the ink levels everytime you print, then click CONFIGURATION and check the box that says "Display Ink Status Window", click the APPLY button.

Please click on the web link given below and perform the steps provided in the web page to check the ink levels.
If your printer is installed in the Network, then you cannot check the ink levels in Printer toolbox.
