CD driver help??

My CD driver want play my CD/DVD's but it seems to be reading them because you can hear the disk spinnig in the inside. Can someone help me??

check in device manager to see that it is in the list,
if it is not ,
check the data cable is in the socket of the motherboard and the back of the drive if all cables are tight in, then drive probably on its last legs,
if it is in device manager try a cd cleaner on it.
