Hiya Dawn ... if your phone is all networks .. just try another sim first.
If it still not showing image.. more likely to be software problem.. if you havent got it wet or dropped it... Chances are that you would be better off getting another phone as it would prove uneconomical top repair.

I have had same model for a while now.. can pick them up new UK for around £50.

You can use P2K phone commander, it can dump all the phone data even with no sim card inserted.

Do not delete anything! Since this software is not official and you can access some system files with it, deleting stuff at random will lead to unpredictable results

Bought new v3 motorola razor - charged for 24 hours inserted sims card still said low battery so I took the sims card out to put that in my other phone to take to work - came home inserted sims card back...
hae dont do any thing you have a new ph so contact your service sentre

Special code for motorola i 580
There is no special code for this issue. The T-Mobile sim card is not compatible with the Nextel phone because they are two different carriers and work off of different networks.

Getting pics off my razor 3 when my screens gone.
IT WOULD BE VERY DIFFICULT TO TRY AND COMMAND A PHONE WITHOUT A SCREEN WHERE YOU CAN SEND THE VIA EMAIL...I DO KNOW THAT THEY HAVE PROGRAMS THAT WILL TAKE IT FROM YOUR SIM CARD TO USB CABLE TO A PICTURE PROGRAM.YOU PROBABLY CAN FIND THIS KIT ON EBAY
