With keyboard start the computer and then install the CD software program for the keyboard and mouse. Then try
Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.
Hope this helps. Bud

Wireless keyboard quit working all of a sudden. Changed batteries, rebooted still won't work. Wireless mouse still works.

DId you receive any drivers to use with the keyboard? If you did, try reinstalling them. If you dont have them, search google for the model of the keyboard you have, and try to download them and install them.
If it doesnt work, the best thing to do is to call the customer service from where you bought your keyboard. They just stop working sometimes for no reason. If you still have warranty, they probably will give you a new keyboard.

The multimedia keyes in my HP keyboard dont work any more??

I would suggest downloading new drivers from HP and doing an uninstall-- reboot-- install. Sometimes the backward compatibility gets lost and new updated drivers are needed.....

Not compatible with new computer windows 7

Not compatible or not working well with windows 7?
(making a program work with windows 7)

Maybe, It doesn't work because the driver/application you installed is for other versions of operating system. I am also using windows 7 like you so don't you worry, You can still use your old installer/driver from other versions of operating systems. Just remember that before installing any program in a windows 7 Operating System Computer, Use "troubleshoot compatibility". Right Click the Icon of your program installer/application first, then choose "troubleshoot compatibility". This will allow you to choose on what type operating system your program will run. Just reply back if it still doesn't work.:D rate and vote for me:)) julyallan01_52.jpg

Just got a new computer with Windows 7. Old one was running XP. It doesn't appear that there are drivers for the Kensington Wireless Keyboard 64355 on Windows 7. Any suggestions?

My keyboard dont work if i plug it into my siemens fujitsu laptop

There is a possibility that they aren't compatible, but the first thing to do is very that the keyboard works properly.
Connect it to another computer and make sure that it is working. If you don't have one around, you will need to find a friend or go back to where you bought it and ask them to connect it to a system to make sure it is not defective.
You might want to bring the notebook so you can test other keyboards in case there is a compatibility issue.

I just did a Google search. If you have a Quake, it will work. All other models will only work with Palms or Pocket PCs.

How can I get an upgrade for my wireless mouse?

If your mouse manufacturer does not supply a driver for Vista you are pretty much out of luck for now. Vista is radically different from previous Windows operating systems and some hardware manufacturers are having a hard time adapting to it. If you have to have the mouse I would suggest you switch back to Windows XP till working drivers are released.
