Re: can not down load photo's
You need Nokia PC Suite to synchronise your phone with your PC. Then everything works, you can download pics, upload pics, same with music, games, applications, msgs, contacts etc... Get Nokia PC Suite from here if you are in Europe: http://europe.nokia.com/A4144905

The cache is just a place where temporary information is kept. Try cleaning out the cache. Another thing to consider is the amount of "hard drive" space is being used. If you go into your settings menu and click on Storage, you can review what is taking up space. It may be time to clean some stuff off. The easiest way to move media, including photos, is to connect the USB to your computer and browse the files to find and delete or move things. One more consideration... if you are using a cloud service like dropbox, or have lots of apps which sync, they could also be slowing you down.
You can add more space by buying a microsd card. You pop off the back of the phone and insert it into a small port. Go ask your local cell phone or tech store guy how to do this for more help.
From your explanation, it sounds like you may have downloaded an application to your phone that is causing a driver conflict. Since you've attempted a 'Soft' reset (by removing your battery) you may need to perform a 'Hard' reset. This will reset your phone to its factory settings.
Performing a factory reset using phone buttons:
If you cannot turn on your phone or access the phone settings, you can perform a factory reset by using the buttons on the phone.
1) With the phone turned off, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then briefly press the POWER button.
2) Wait for the screen with the 3 Android images to appear, and then release the VOLUME DOWN button.
3) Press VOLUME DOWN to select CLEAR STORAGE, and then;
4) press POWER.
5) When asked to confirm, press VOLUME UP.
If this does not work, you'll need to return your phone for repair.
