You need Nokia PC Suite to synchronise your phone with your PC. Then everything works, you can download pics, upload pics, same with music, games, applications, msgs, contacts etc... Get Nokia PC Suite from here if you are in Europe:

The cache is just a place where temporary information is kept. Try cleaning out the cache. Another thing to consider is the amount of "hard drive" space is being used. If you go into your settings menu and click on Storage, you can review what is taking up space. It may be time to clean some stuff off. The easiest way to move media, including photos, is to connect the USB to your computer and browse the files to find and delete or move things. One more consideration... if you are using a cloud service like dropbox, or have lots of apps which sync, they could also be slowing you down.
You can add more space by buying a microsd card. You pop off the back of the phone and insert it into a small port. Go ask your local cell phone or tech store guy how to do this for more help.

Hi...my legend when powered only shows white backround with HTc insignia...It's locked there. It will charge., I have tkaen the battery out but not luck. Any suggestion?

Thanks for visiting FixYa!

From your explanation, it sounds like you may have downloaded an application to your phone that is causing a driver conflict. Since you've attempted a 'Soft' reset (by removing your battery) you may need to perform a 'Hard' reset. This will reset your phone to its factory settings.

Performing a factory reset using phone buttons:

If you cannot turn on your phone or access the phone settings, you can perform a
factory reset by using the buttons on the phone.

1) With the phone turned off, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then briefly
press the POWER button.

2) Wait for the screen with the 3 Android images to appear, and then release the VOLUME
DOWN button.

3) Press VOLUME DOWN to select CLEAR STORAGE, and then;

4) press POWER.

5) When asked to confirm, press VOLUME UP.

If this does not work, you'll need to return your phone for repair.

I can't log in my yahoo messenger in my blackberry and i can't log in my facebook chat also and why everytime i upload photo to my facebook from my blackberry my phone lagging?

Are you getting any kind of error messages logging into your Yahoo Messenger or your Facebook Chat? What happens when you try logging into them?
In regards to loading pics on Facebook, try clearing the Facebook cach?. Open Facebook app, menu button, options, and then scroll down and clear the cach?. Algo, clear your old notifications by highlighting the date above the last notification, hitting menu button, and clearing all last notifications. Also, you may have a lot of photos on your phone. Clear out any photos you don't need on your phone anymore and save them on your computer or somewhere else. This should help with your phone lagging.

In my HTC viva touch phone, in program folder there are some mxip_swsmgmt.vol file. these file neither gets open nor deleted. pls help.

those files are created by your installed applications/programs. Incorrect deletingcan cause that files can't find uninstall file. If you are advanced user clean up registry, if you are not back up important files(contact photos) using WMDC and then use built in "Clear Storage" or do hard reset. Both action will wipe out everything from your device and restore your phone to manufacturers status. You'll need reinstall all your apps.

Download picture from labtop using micro sd

If the image was taken with a camera using a high number of megapixels, the image file may be too large for the phone to handle. If you have any photo editing software, try resizing the photo.
