Have you tried using the Logitech calibration uninstall tool that erasers all joystick calibration from windows.
Download and run the
Logitech Clear calibration (LWS_CLRC.EXE).
The Clear
calibration Utility was developed by Logitech to resolve
calibration problems with Logitech digital gaming devices.
NOTE: This utility strips all
calibration information in the Windows Registry for all gaming devices. This
includes any non-Logitech gaming devices that have been installed.
You may also want to uninstall and reinstall the Joystick Software as well. In some cases, if the
calibration issue is within a game, you could try uninstalling and reinstall the
game.
Please refer to your game manufacturer for instructions on
uninstalling or configuring the game.
Note: This calibration tool specifically mentions the Wingman Joystick, However, it works for
ALL Logitech and NON logitech Gaming Joysticks and Gamepads.
I have the same problem with my Freedom 2.4 joystick. I have bought it at eBay and the stick worked perfect up to now. I haven't touched it for a year and now the y-axis (roll-axis at X-Plane) doesn't act any more. Even deleting the calibration didn't help.
