Need to put in projector mirror in pioneer elite pro-510hd.
the old one broke when i removed the back off. So I purchased a new one, now i need to know how to put it in.

The tech sent me the service manual and i was able to see the picture that had the clip on the front of the tv, so i removed the panel from the front. this allowed me to insert the mirror from the front.

I feel lame for not including that tidbit of info on my original post because I didn't want to give that site a bad rap. After a bit more reasearch I discovered this site: http://www.highreflectivemirrors.com/ they carry the replacement for only $120 with free shipping and with only a few clicks I purchased it via PayPal. I am currently awaiting delivery and will post again if for some reason it doesn't work out.
since your tv is 6yrs old it could be that the video circuit has cold solder that needs to be resolder if that does not work then a focus on the video circuit by replacing the component there, it could be an ic or transistors or diode.if you are not a tech get one to look at your set.good luck.for further help email me at [email protected]
