You need to post a little more information. . Have u set up the fingerprint recognition feature? How about the traditional password features? Are you trying to just access the home screen and are completely locked out of the device? Is this device yours or someone else's?

Most any piece or hardware or peripheral, will come with a cd of drivers and software, if you have misplaced or lost this disc, you can obtain drivers and software for free, direct from the manufacturer's site, just go there and click on the support link, enter in the model number, and download your free drivers!
I think you do not need a driver. Generally ps2 keyboards are detected automatically and work just fine. Still you may go to device manager and un-install the keyboard from there. Then reboot the machine. When it starts again it should detect the modem again.
Note, if you are using a usb mouse please change it to ps2 mouse.
Check to see if the drivers are still installed, it could be with a recent update they got uninstalled or a file was misplaced. Try going to he Logitech Website and reinstalling the drives you can click here for a direct link to the software/driver download section:
