Question about HP Compaq Presario V2000 Notebook
I have a Compaq Presario V2000 Laptop, it did not have a S-Video plug, I purchased an S-Video board and installed it properly. I checked the attached USB socket and it works fine. I have tried extending my video to desktop using the VGA plug and it works fine, but when I attemp to use the S-video I can't get the apply to stay when attempting to check the extend to desktop box. Could it be I need a driver or what?
Other options can be accessed for configuring the external display or
SVIDEO output by right-clicking the Windows desktop or background and
selecting Properties from the menu list.
Settings,Advanced,Graphics media driver for mobile,Graphics Proprties,(make sure the s-video monitor is hooked up),select Display, see if s-video is an option.
