Hello,

you cannot get sound from your TV because the sound IC is bad.

Unless you replace the sound IC, you will not hear any sound from your TV.

I would advice you take the TV to a local repairer within your vicinity so the the fault can be fixed.

just connect the cell to ur system the open the software updater connect to the net click on the update software then u will be updated with the sofware please do not disturb while updating............
