Asus P525 Hi getting problem wiz the phone. afetr sometime, becomes white screen then display flashrom update.., even hard reset, stay the same,.. it even heats, please help, thanks

Hard Reset (Factory Reset)

If you forget your lock sequence and backup PIN, you will have to perform a hard reset to gain access to your phone.

WARNING!
Performing a hard reset deletes all of your user data, which includes pictures, videos, and music saved to your internal memory. Please make sure to back up your information prior to performing a hard reset.
Turn the phone off.

Press and hold the following keys at the same time: Volume Down Key + Power/Lock Key on the back of the phone.

Release the Power/Lock Key only when the LG logo is displayed, then immediately press and hold the Power/Lock Key again.

Release all keys when the Factory hard reset screen is displayed.

Press the Power/Lock Key to continue or either of the Volume Keys to cancel.

Press the Power/Lock Key once more to confirm or either of the Volume Keys to cancel.

Sometimes even with small jerks the ribbon cable connecting the LCD to the board gets disconnected and the display becomes white. Please get it connected from a qualified person. May take him not more than 10 minutes.

Its not dispaly pblm, there is problrm with thr firmware, please update the firmware to solve your probel,
else flash your set with bew firmware frin service center

Reset your device and see

Was there ant water spilled onto it? Take out the battery, SIM card and memory card for 8 hours and then try again. If not hard reset the device and then check. If all fails then the touch screen needs to be replaced.

you'll need you puk numbers for that.it is the substitute for the passwords.puk means pin unknown.or call or bring it to a tech.

if you have anti-virus,try to scan..sometimes this is the cause for shutting down...

Hi sanketsahi, solution for your first problem is to change the keypad board, i tried to clean it but no remedy so send it to your nearest service center to change the keypad board. Your second problem, solution is to change battery, i can't explain it but when i change the battery it works 100%. Hope it helps!
