Question about Microsoft ZUNE JS8BRPBDLUG MP3 Player
OKAY I GOT MY ZUNE 30GB AS A GIFT AND IT WAS WORKING OKAY FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS. THEN WHEN I WAS LISTENING TO IT THE SONG STOPPED PLAYING AND IT FROZE IT WOULDNT RESPOND TO ANYTHING, SO I WAITED UNTIL THE BATTERY DIED SO WHEN I RECHARGED IT I GET THIS MESSAGE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT. IVE ALREADY CONTACTED THEM AND WHAT THEY SAID TO DO STILL DOESNT WORK!!!! NEED HELP PLEASE OR CAN I JUST PAY SOMEONE THAT SPECIALIZES IN FIXING ZUNE PLAYERS.
Follow these steps until your zune runs again.
1-restart your zune
2-Make sure that you install the latest ZUNE software.
