Question about Creative Labs ZEN V Plus MP3 Player
while playing video in the zen V plus mp3 player(2GB), the screen becomes green in colour and the player doesn't responds. the whole system is not shutting down
Make sure you used the Samsung Media software to convert the file. Download the latest version of Quicktime to acquire key codecs. Reset the player. Reformat the player. Recover the player. Upgrade the firmware. If it still doesn't work, give up. I hate to be like that, but that is all you can ever do with any Mp3 player. I work for an mp3 manufacturer, I should know.
