Video Playback (MPEG-1,2,4/DivX® Certified/WMV-9)

Use the transcoding software that came with the player to convert the videos into proper format (if no install CD, then go to: http://support.rcaaudiovideo.com).

If RCA software fails to convert, you can download a product called Media Monkey, and it will convert your video file type as long as the video does not have DRM-encryption on it. If the videos are encrypted then you will have to buy DRM removal software to convert it.

I have an An RCA LYRA X3030 and when i turn it on a red lock show

You need to read the user manual to solve your problems.

There is a button to unlock the media player.

Regarding to watch your videos in your TV set, you need to use the cables, the cradle and connector inputs (RCA band base type) in your TV set.

Als you can download the user manual from internet if you lost it.

connect it to PC and then open Windows Explorer and search for the drive letter that Windows automatically assigned to be your Lyra player. Click on that and look for any folders. Open the song folder (if exists) and then mouse drag your pc song files into this folder. Disconnect USB cable and your songs should be on the LYRA.
