On the underside of the U bar on the chassis you will find a manufacturing label which will show the date of manufacture. We would need to confirm the year model Quinny Buzz that you have to be able to ensure the correct bolts are supplied.

To repair the footrest on the sub seat of Quinny Buzz is a Level 3 repair which means it needs to be sent to our engineers for inspection / repair.

There is only one set of adaptors for the Quinny Buzz which are used to attach the Maxi Cosi Pebble or Maxi Cosi CabrioFix carseat and the Quinny Dreami prambody in place. Put them in either side of the chassis according to the Left and Right indicators inside the adaptors and on the chassis. If the product is under 2 years old you need to return to your retailer with proof of purchase for a replacement sub seat to be ordered to resolve the issue with the footrest not staying in position.
I have the same problem with my 2006 model. Dorel UK 01842 763 281 (Mon ? Fri, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm) can supply the Foot Rest Adjuster Set (i.e the grey buttons at either side of the footrest) They are £20 + 3.99 P

Hi just today i tried fix that. i opened lock parts. there are parts which are broken. no chance to fix that you need to change all frame. otherwise use screw and screw thru plastic parts to be in one position for good.
