You need to buy the foot rest adjuster set £20 + 3.99 from Dorel UK 01842 763 281 (Mon – Fri, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm) They are the sole supplier of parts for Quinny.

How do i get a replacement bolt to fix on the foot rest?

Hi Helen

On the underside of the U bar on the chassis you will find a manufacturing label which will show the date of manufacture. We would need to confirm the year model Quinny Buzz that you have to be able to ensure the correct bolts are supplied.

If you're in the UK please contact the customer care team on 01284 413 141 Mon-Thur 8.30-6.30 / Fri 8.30-4.30 (Excluding Bank Holidays) or e-mail to [email protected]

Hi

To repair the footrest on the sub seat of Quinny Buzz is a Level 3 repair which means it needs to be sent to our engineers for inspection / repair.

If your product is under 2 years old and you're in the UK please contact your retailer with proof of purchase and they'll make arrangements for this under warranty terms and conditions.

If your product is over 2 years old or you no longer have proof of purchase and you're in the UK please contact the customer care team on 01284 413 141 Mon-Thur 8.30-6.30 / Fri 8.30-4.30 (Excluding Bank Holidays to discuss chargeable inspection & repair work.

HI,PLEASE LET ME NOW WHAT CAN I DO? I'VE GOT

There is only one set of adaptors for the Quinny Buzz which are used to attach the Maxi Cosi Pebble or Maxi Cosi CabrioFix carseat and the Quinny Dreami prambody in place. Put them in either side of the chassis according to the Left and Right indicators inside the adaptors and on the chassis. If the product is under 2 years old you need to return to your retailer with proof of purchase for a replacement sub seat to be ordered to resolve the issue with the footrest not staying in position.

Hi no but you can buy them off ebay, if they don't have any you can buy the seat unit without covers on there, this will solve the problem

Hi just today i tried fix that. i opened lock parts. there are parts which are broken. no chance to fix that you need to change all frame. otherwise use screw and screw thru plastic parts to be in one position for good.
