Question about Lexmark JetPrinter Color Z13 InkJet

Lexmark Z13 I have updated the driver for my Lexmark Z13 printer and my laptop recognized the new hardware. However, when I try to print, the paper is hesitating (like it's printing) then shoots out a blank page. I just bought a new cartridge today so I know it's not an ink issue. Any thoughts anyone.....I am about to smash this D#@! thing in the trash!

    hmmm..well..when it's in the trash, I can assure you that it's not going to be as good, even as it is now, eh?

    that happens when the print driver queue is loaded with junk.

    can you run a test page, and report those results?

we had lost c d (driver) so please let us know how we can download driver from which site,

How can I fix printing hesitation on my lexmark x5495


A quick fix for most communication errors can be achieved by resetting the printer and/or rebooting the PC. Simply disconnect the printer from your computer (if USB connected)> reboot your pc > unplug and re-plug the printer into the power source to reset it. When the printer turns on, reconnect it to your computer (if USB connected). Then try to print again once the computer fully recognizes the USB connection or when the WiFi light on the printer turns solid green (if WiFi connected.).


If that doesn't help, try the steps below:

  1. Disconnect the USB cable connecting the printer from your computer.
  2. On your computer, go to Control Panel > Printers and Faxes.
  3. Delete the Lexmark print object.
  4. Reboot computer.
  5. Re-brick your printer by pulling out the power supply - black box where the power cord is plugged into on the back of the printer, and re-plug after 30 seconds.
  6. When the printer turns on, reconnect it to the computer.
  7. Wait until your computer fully recognizes the USB connection. To check, go to Control Panel > Printers and Faxes. If you see a new Lexmark print object in the list, try to print a document to verify that the problem is fixed.

I NEED THE INSTALLATION SOFTWARE OR SETUP OF LEXMARK Z13 COLOR INKJET PRINTER WITH CARTRIDGE NUMBER 10N0026 TO INSTAL ON MY COMPUTER TO ENABLE ME PRINT.

Hi go into the printer folder and check that the printer states ready not offline if it does state offline right hand click on the icon and select use printer online. If this still doesn't fix the problem then double click on the printer icon this should open the printer window where you will be able to see what is and been sent to the printer.

Click on the document heading and select restart. This should restart the printing with no problems but if it doesn't then click on the Printer heading and select cancel all documents then try printing again.
