I have a Dell Inspiron

I have a Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop.
I have not been able to play any DVDs (CDs are fine).
The playback is very choppy and it take forever to load a disc.
Help!

Try using a cleaner on the drive, as the laser lens may be dirty,as their is less data on a cd it has more time to read it ,a dvd has almost 6+ times as much, so i believe much harder to read.
