I need general instructions on attaching the meat grinder and using it to grind moose meat. I can't find my instuction book.

depending on the model there is a round cover on the front of the mixer. Detach it to expose the secondary drive connection. Depending on what you are connecting to it you need to connect to the drive port and secure the accessory so it is stable. If you need instructions google kitchen aid and ask them for a manual.
