Question about Dell Inspiron B130 Notebook
I have a Dell Laptop, inspiron B130, pentium M, windows xp that i need to restore to factory settings and I am having trouble with figuring out how to do it, if anyone knows how to do this or has any suggestions i would greatly appreciate it. thank you very much!!
in restoring to the factory setting you need a recovery disc id the system is license to miscrosoft. if your have no recovery disk you should provide a windows XP installation bootable disk. insert the disc in cd/DVD rom and boot the system in CD/DVD rom.
Installation of windows is instructed here; http://support.microsoft.com/kb/316941
may this help you. melnavz

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
