I have installed software, web Cam works fine.
Down loaded SKYPE ,but when speaking with another person ,I could see them and hear them OK, but they were unable to see me although sound communication was fine. Is this a web cam setting problem or Skype problem.
Uninstall and reinstall software, Also try another Usb port. U should also make sure that you are using USB 2.0 the older Usb ports don't have enough power to run camera, If that is the problem you can get a Usb 2.0 card and it comes with external power source, If thats not the problem Can you get into your Cam setting and make sure all the setting are right, what would mean you could see a good clear picture of your camera picture on your computer, Just adjust your setting for a nice crisp clear picture and It should work fine on both sides, But I think the software reinstall will solve all your problems. If not Just write back to me and We can try some other solution.
