Hi Sean89,

Try re booting your phone (power it off, wait a few seconds, and power it back on), if the bluetooth device is truly off, all should be well with your phone once again. And, when you power up your bluetooth device again, it should connect as usual.

Good luck.

Working of bluetooth in mobiles

The bluetooth works on the basis of proximity to the other phone and not the person. Yes you can block the sender by ensuring that your blutooth is not visibe to others even when it is is activated position. No u cannot knwo the name of the sender as it searches for the phone models nearby wen the fone activates the bluetooth facility

Hope it helps

Re-format?

hi! plug ur phone to ur pc and and check if you have run out of space. you could also check on your phone but if you have a problem with your phone the free space may be incorect. you could also back up your data to ur pc and format the phone memory and see if that helps.
