Call your local ACURA dealership with your VIN number, if you bought the vehicle resale the dealership will be able to tell you where it was sold. Get the contact info for that dealer and call them, they should have the radio code on file, you may have to provide proof of ownership however you will have your stereo back. Good luck
Most Honda radio codes are located on a code card located in the glove box. This code card looks like a white credit card. I have also seen dealerships place the code on a label that can be placed on one of the sides of the glove box, in one of the door jams, in the trunk along the bottom of the rear package shelf or on the the trunk lid. Your stereo code is 62322.
With the "COD" reading, it means you need to enter a security code to unlock the stereo (this is an anti-theft attempt by the manufacturer, and Daewoo set the code at the factory). If it isn't written or printed in your owner's manual
packet, you can get it from the
dealership. You'll need your registration and title, as well as photo
ID. That will prove the car is yours and you are who you say you are.
Your VIN number is on the registration, and the dealer can look up your
radio code based on the VIN of the car. They may charge you something
for doing it (up to an hour's labor).
you need to take the radio out to get the serial number off the bottom, then google car radio codes, choose make and model and follow the instructions.it will cost about £8-£15 depending on where you get the code from?hope that helps?
CHECK YOUR GLOVE BOX AND SEE IF STICKER IS PASTE IN IT, YOU MIGHT FIND YOUR RADIO CODE PRINTED ON THE STICKER, OR Make sure your radio is OFF. Hold down the preset buttons 1 and 6 at
the same time. Turn the radio on and your SERIAL NUMBER will appear. 4
numbers first and then 4 more. Write them down (obviously) then call
(800) 999-1009. Make sure you have your VIN number handy because they
will ask for it. They will ask for your name and approx. milage, and
your radio's serial number. They will then give you your radio unlock
code--WRITE IT DOWN!
