Hi, I got a quite new lenoco Ideapad Z560 and I set a recovering point and there already exists a recovering point from the beginning. First everything was fine. But since a few weeks I have bluescreens....

bsod or blue screen of death is commonly occured because viruses for almost all new computer, we cannot specifically determine the cause of it by a software or any other method but we can find if the causes of it is virus or hardware failure in installing fresh operating system and use it and observed it wiyhout installing any application other than anyi virus.

Acer Aspire 3680 startup, blue screen & cursor only

  • prior to the recovery... have someone pull your hard drive and recover the "precious" files & pics on the drive... It's expensive at Best Buy... so watch out!!!
  • System recovery shouldn't have you loose all files.. if a recovery point is there... the trick is to only recover to the most recent point that you can. When Windows updates the software to Service Pack X for example, a recovery point would have been created automatically

My laptop was turned of during an recovery point[system restore]

Try doing a system restore from a previous retore point. However, you will not be able to recover any files that were saved after that point.
If all else fails, you may have to reinstall the OS. The "wininet.dll" file may be from some software you installed at a later point..
