I just got a brand new Kenwood Multipro FP580 and I got the liquidiser to work with no problem, but I can't get the food processor to work at all! I have checked that the bowl is locked into place and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. The drive shaft doesn't lock firmly into place, but it seems like it's supposed to be like that...? I just don't know!
