Phone is locked is there wher where i can type my serial number in and get the code along with the phone number
Dial #4357*4357 and that Should Give you the Phones information including the last 4 number of the phone number.

You can try to download LEO Privacy. If a person pick up your phone it take a picture I'm that person is holding your phone so if you lose your phone it takes a picture of your phone and you try to find your phone over the other and then you got a picture of the thief or the person that took your phone from your personal possession or home I like it

No offense intended, but it sounds to me like you may have "Found" this phone? If that's correct, you should probably turn it into a Lost and Found close to where you found it. Or, you could answer the phone when it rings as it will probably be the owner calling to locate the phone. If it is your phone? Just take it into one of your service providers locations and they can unlock it and give you your phone number.
I make this assumption based on your not knowing the security code (used to keep people from accessing phone and data when lost), or even the phones number (which would be on your bill), and apologize if I am mistaken.
