E000 error on printer

To help you understand and troubleshoot the error E000-000 for Canon ir2202 printer, please follow step-by-step instructions given below:
This error occurs due to high temperature readings on the printer. Occasionally, the fuser will run too hot. First thing is to perform factory reset on your canon printer but if it still show error code E000-000 again, then try to reset it in Service Mode. To do these, follow the steps below:
- Press ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS, #
- Go to #7 Printer and Press OK.
- Go to #4 Printer Reset and Press OK.
- Yes = ( * )
- Power cycle unit.
Now check it the error is resolved. If issue persists, please try definitive reset. To do these, follow the steps below:
- Press Additional Functions key.
- Press #
- Press > to #7 Printer Function.
- Press Set.
- Press > to #4 Printer Reset.
- Press Set.
- Press <

Hi; E000 fixing unit problem Contact heater oxidized or blown

Press the usermode star-the star just above the lcd display-and then # key,scroll with the arrows until clear is displayed press ok and scroll again untill ERR is displayed press ok,Swotch the machine off and on again.

E000 indicates a Fuser (Fixing) Unit error.
Some can be reset, others need a part replaced.

From a fellow FixYa expert, "Press "Additional Functions", press "#", then press the "Right Arrow" button till it says, "Printer", then press "Set" then press the "Right Arrow" button again until it says "Printer Reset" then press "Set" again, the display will ask you "Yes" or "No". Press the "Left" arrow for "Yes", then press "Set". Now, unplug the power cord and wait 5 seconds and plug back in. If this don't work, get a new fuser."

E000 is a fixing unit problem. It could just be needing to be reset or replacement of the fixing unit or if that is not the fix it may coast more then it is worth.

in service mode (additional function then pound sign) go to number 7 hit set go to 4 hit set push left arrow for yes set then unplug and replug

E000 is a fuser probleb.check the film/lamp continuty.for E000/1/2/5clear error in service mode as follows
press additonel function button and press2&8 at once and press additionel functionel button.select COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERROR>OK.
for error E0005 replace the cleaning web and go to copier maode select COPIER>COUNTER>MISC>FIXWEB>press clear button on panel
