I have the same exact problem. The receiver and the headphones turn on, give the red light, but do not connect by going blue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same here, my headphones are GREAT and worked fine yesterday, but today they will not sync up. So I made sure they were fully charged and the red lights come on nice and bright but they will not turn blue and connect with each other. I have also tried pushing the reset button on the transmitter but I'm out of ideas. please tell me there is a simple fix here....

Same thing for me too. They worked fine, and then they didn't. The red buttons come on as always, but never turn blue. I also pressed the reset button, and I also tried as many different combinations of turning one on then the other, then reversing it. Nothing seems to work. Please help...

Here is a solution I found on another website that worked for me, so I bet it will work for all three of us. CHRIS (MrPher) Here it is:

Hello there. you can reset the headphones by pressing the button on the left side of the adapter or reset the whole pair by holding and pressing the connect buttons until the lights blinks red/purple........ its going to take about 7 to 10 seconds untill that happen... first u will see both of em flashing red/red than red/blue and finally red/purple..... I hope that helps you out... let me know.... and yes the warranty should be covered. I had a replacement from them, as a matter fact I received em today. about 20 minutes ago.... u can call logitech to help you resolve the issue too.... they good at asking you to do it over and over LOL......

Hi. I just purchased the insignia digital wireless headphones for my boyfriend and the headphones won't charge properly. It says to put the on the dock station and the red light will stay on(up to 4 hours)...

If the red light is on for such a short period of time, it probably means that the headphones are charged. The red light will flash for a long time and then turn green only when you charge on the dock headphones that need charging. I suggest to try to use them without charging them and see if the headphones work.

How do i pair HP500BT with device

After charging, turn on headset by pushing the power button until the charging led turns red and flashes. continue to hold the button until the light flashes red and green. Go to your phone or device bluetooth settings page and search for devices, it should show up as TPRO HP500BT. Select device and select to Pair with this device. The light should start flashing red really fast, then it should be paired!

Hear sound out of computer rather then earphone. Has worked great up until now. Blue light will not stay on. When charging light is red.

Replacement connector for Sennheiser PX 250 doesn't work...

The bare copper conductor wire is the screening/common earth to the two signal wires of green and red. The important connection is the copper wire which goes to the jack plug earth which is the section furthest from the tip. The other two are the left and right signal connections. If you get these the wrong way round you will just have to swap them over. Check if they are the right way round by using the balance control on your amplifier or whatever. Have you checked that the problem is not with the headphone amplifier within your equipment? Don't rely on OK sound from loudspeakers as the headphones may be fed from separate op-amp output chip. Try another pair of cheap and cheerful headphones to make sure.

My logitech headphones dont turn on anymore.

Quote from LOGITECH official site:
In rare cases, the FreePulse Headphones may loose synchronization with the receiver. If this occurs the following steps will re-establish the connection by putting both the headphones and the receiver in discoverable mode (actively searching for another bluetooth device it can connect to).
Putting the headphones in discoverable mode:
Press and hold the power button (located next to the charging port on the right earpiece) on the headphones. The LED on the button will go through three states in this order:
  • Blinking Red
  • Off (continue to hold. the LED will be off for several seconds)
  • Alternately blinking red and blue. (The headphones are now in discoverable mode and you can release the button at this point. The headphones will remain in this state for 30 seconds).
Putting the receiver in discoverable mode:
Press and hold the power button (located on the side of the receiver opposite the headphone jack). The LED on the button will go through three states in this order:
  • Blinking Red
  • Off (continue to hold. the LED will be off for several seconds)
  • Alternately blinking red and blue. (The reciever is now in discoverable mode and you can release the button at this point. The reciever will remain in this state for 30 seconds).
Re-establishing the connection:
To re-establish the connection between the headphones and the reciever, put the headphones and the receiver in discoverable mode at the same time. It will take a few seconds for the two devices to establish the connection. Once the connection has been established the LEDs on both the headphones and receiver will glow solid blue.

Do this and Freepulse will be pleased.

The following procedure will re-establish the communication link between the Headphones and the Wireless adapter, this is called "pairing". Before you start please make sure both the headphones and the wireless adapter are fully charged and turned off.
Note: The headphones and the wireless adapter come pre-paired from the factory.
1. Press and hold the power button on the headphones. See Figure 1.

Figure 1

2. Continue to hold the button down until the LED starts flashing red/blue in an alternating pattern. Release the button when the LED starts flashing red/blue. See Figure 2.

3. Once the headphones LED is flashing red/blue, press and hold the power button on the wireless adapter. See Figure 3.

Figure 3
4. Hold down the button until the LED starts flashing red/blue in an alternating patter. The LED will blink blue, then turn off for a few seconds then blink red/blue. Release the button when the LED starts flashing red/blue. See Figure 4.
receiver-flash.gif
Figure 4
5. Once both the headphones LED and the adapter LED is blinking red/blue, press the volume up button once on the headphones. See Figure 5.
headphone-volumeup.jpg
Figure 5
Once the headphones is paired with the adapter, the LED on the headphones will blink blue once every two seconds. See Figure 6.
headphone-flash2.gif
Figure 6
When the adapter is paired the LED will be solid blue. See Figure 7.
receiversolid.jpg
Figure 7
The adapter may continue to blink red/blue for a few seconds even after the headphones LED starting blinking blue. This is normal; the adapter may take a few additional seconds before the LED turn solid blue.
Once the headphones and the adapter are paired, it is not necessary to pair them again even if the batteries on both units are completely drained.
Additional Note: Repeated pairing will not improve the sound quality or give the headphones and the adapter a cleaner connection.

Headphones has red light

Hello, I believe I just figured out the solution to this problem. I was experiencing the same thing, and as I was just showing my friend the problem I noticed that the green light came on after I turned on the music on my computer.

So, after removing the headphones from the base, the green light will come on only if there is sound playing from the computer (It takes a few seconds to turn on). It seems like they should have mentioned this somewhere in the manual...

When i turn on the peice that is ment go into the headphone jack it turns blue for a second and then red and stays red

i researched the logitech website and found the solution.
you must turn both parts on, but instead of letting go after 3 seconds, you keep holding until the lights start flashing red and blue on both pieces. Once BOTH pieces flash ONLY BLUE they have re-paired themselves, and they should work fine now.
