Imagistic 3510/ sharp 350 scan

yes we have the product key for some units that serial numbers don't match.
we did not swap out the board in the scanner.
yes we know how to reset the hard counter.
what I'm being told by other boards I belong to is it's pretty hard to get around not buying another scanner kit. These machine come ready to scan if it has a nick card, but you have to spend another 400.00 if you want it to do it. I would be glad to pay a reasonable price for a trick around this.
