I CAN'T PLAY DVDS ON MY LAPTOP. IT TELLS ME TO ADJUST MY SCREEN RESOLUTION AND COLOUR SETTINGS. BUT DOING THIS DOESN'T CORRECT THE PROBLEM. IS THERE SOMETHING I'M DOING WRONG?
Hi
It sounds like Drivers for the Video card is not loaded properly.
What is the current screen resolution?
Are you able to increase the resolution to say 800 x 600 pixel or preferably 1024 x 768 pixel?
If the current screen resolution is 640 x 480 pixel and you are unable to increase resolution to the above pixel levels, try updating Windows Drivers for your video card.
