I have this PC suite, from my wife's KF750 phone, uploaded. I don't know whether it is device specific or not, though. Give it a try, if you really want.
Hope it works for you too.
Regards,
Carlos
Simply you can't. The video clips uploaded to Utube and the like.. MUST be a certain format and size.. Once that is figured out.. ya good to go. Check it out at Utube help.

u dont need software to do this- just an LG data cable. plug the cord into the phone, the other end into an available usb on ur pc, and ur good to go.jusat make sure that u are using a suitable memory card- up to 4 GB, and the primary storage is set to memeory card. then just drag and drop ur files to the card.
This is really easy if you have a memory card- up to 4 GB in your VU. All you need is an LG data cable, the phone and a pc. Do not under any circumstances use the LG PC Suite software, because it is useless with the VU. Simply attach the data cable to the phone, and the other end to an available usb port in your pc. The pc will then recognize your memory card as an external storage device, and you can simply cut and paste the photos from the graphics file on your memory card to your documents or picture files on your pc. Try it, its easy peasy!
Usually to format a disk, memory card; anything, you need to be plugged into a computer.
Which requires a USB cable for your phone, or a card reader. If you don't already have a USB cable, it's usually easier to come across a card reader simply because everybody uses them. With a USB cable, most stores don't carry them and have to order, because it's specific for a phone.
Now if you have a USB Cable or a card reader already, plug it into your computer. (With the phone, make sure the "USB Connectivity" settings are set to "Removable Disk". This way, it won't read the phone's memory, just the memory card.)
Once the memory card is detected, right click on it, and there should be an option that says "Format". Click it. You should get a popup asking if you're sure or not. Obviously you're serious about formatting the card, so click yes.
There's a check box for "Quick Format". It's a sort of way of half-assed formatting; it's faster, but not as thorough. Whether or not you do that is up to you.
I connect my Vu 920 via bluetooth and NOT through a data cable. I am using Audacity that you can download at sourceforge also to make your own ringtones for free. Works really well for me :)
