Dear Sir/Madam My name is Ricky i m from Hong Kong My Problem is That Someone Hack my Facebook Account and Change They Change my Login Email Now Please Help me How Can I Got Back My Account I Also...

Hello Ricky,
You have been hacked by someone that goes by many names ace123456 & gavros79@gmail.com but DO NOT write him. You have probably already talked to him/her on facebook, IRC, Yahoo, etc. You have probably been infected with a virus called Subseven.
Troj/Subseven Aliases: Troj/Backdoor-G.
Troj/Sub7
Subseven.backdoor
Category Viruses and Spyware
Type Trojan
Sophos.com can tell you how to remove the virus if you can't get it with the scanners I'm giving you.
Prevalence low. Bad viruses usually have a low prevalence because the coder doesn't want to give away his/her work.
The package contains two or three programs. One of the files should be installed on a "server" machine. Once the server program is installed the client can take control over the infected computer. The client is a powerful "remote administration" tool. It has remote controlling abilities such as the ability to edit the server Windows registry file, flip the screen, change the desktop colors, restart Windows, play sounds, send messages, switch off the display, disable keyboard keys, hide the mouse cursor or the task-bar.
The client can also steal passwords and read keyboard keys pressed on the server since the last boot. The third program in the package is a utility that can be used to configure the server program. It is possible to patch the server with any executable so it looks as if a user received a valid file instead of the trojan. The server configuration program also configures the way the server is "installed". To install itself the server can use the Windows registry file.
It can also change the C:\WINDOWS\WIN.INI or C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM.INI files so that the server runs on starting Windows.
GO HERE:
WWW.MALWAREBYTES.ORG AND DOWNLOAD THE FREE VERSION. SAVE TO DESKTOP. IT WILL SHOW UP AS MBAM.exe. BEFORE DOING INSTALLATION,turn off system restore and RENAME mbam.exe TO winlogon.exe Bad viruse look for signatures of anti-virus engines and disable them before they have a chance to defend themselves. Then go here and download Cureit! http://www.freedrweb.com/cureit/?lng=en no need to rename this one. then go here http://www.sophos.com/products/free-tools/free-security-scans.html?utm_source=Non-campaign&utm_medium=Cross-link&utm_campaign=Analyses-SS-promo (you have to fill out a small form to get it). INSTALL, UPDATE, AND RUN FULL SCANS ON ALL 3. DELETE EVERYTHING THEY CATCH AND REBOOT.turn system restore back on and create new restore point.THEN DOWNLOAD NEW ANTIVIRUS. IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO BUY YOU CAN USE AVAST FREE VERSION AND ZONE ALARM FIREWALL FREE. OR YOU CAN SURVIVE FOR MONTHS ON FREE TRIALS OF KASPERSKY, WEBROOT, BITDEFENDER, AVG, AVAST, ETC, ETC. Once you are clean and you have realtime anti-virus downoad Windows Steady State http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?familyid=d077a52d-93e9-4b02-bd95-9d770ccdb431&displaylang=en It's only available for XP and Vista and only for another month or so, so get quick...it's free, but BE SURE your copy of Windows is Genuine because you will have to pass the Genuine Advantage Test to get it. If you are going to be on sites like Facebook etc., you need to learn how to protect yourself. Once you've completed these tasks disconnect from the internet and do it again. Install realtime antivirus and firewall before going back online/ You can get a new facebook account either by resetting your password or getting a new email account and opening a new FB acct. How did you know that they used the email ace123456 to access your account? I'd be interested to know.
Good luck
If this helps you resolve your problem, please
consider giving me a good rating and a quick
"thanks" or "good job".It will help me as well.
Thank you.

Sony Vaio VGN-FZ320E is inundated with viruses, only operates in safe mode, will not accept new virus protection, and I have no Vista recovery disc. How can I download one, or will I have to wipe it...

Just sharing this,

Try to inquire on sony support. If you can have the recovery cd, usually they will charge for shipping. Have it and your hand its better you have a good fall back to restore your lap on factory settings.

But for your virus infection. You have at least a chance to purge that out of your system since you can boot on safe mode.

You can try to use combo disinfection. Like ;

1. AVG
2. Ad-aware
3. Superantispyware
4. Malwarebytes antimalware
5. Easy cleaner
6. Avast
7. Combofix
8. Mcaffee Stinger

Use combofix on safe mode but this could also do some corruption on your system this is for the last resort if ever.

Try to look for antivirus that can run on safe mode on the list, and do some research how it works best. And also try to backup your important files and installation files first before running the antiviruses. And also run antivirus one at a time. Then try to record what virus hits you.

This maybe an overkill. The reason is you don't know what virus infects you then try this antivirus who can distinguish it and run on safemode. The reason I sharing this is it will just infect you easily again even you restore it to factory installation. " Prevention is better than cure".

If ever you disinfect the virus using this, then pick one antivirus that disinfect this infection and uninstall the other. I also recommend Malwarebytes antimalware on the system together with one antivirus.

Goodluck

Recently I purchased a product of kaspersky lab -

Ccleaner will not remove a virus, but is excellent for removing useless files. I find that the free version of ad-aware is very good for virus removal and protection. It is available at www.download.com search out ad-aware free, spell carefully, there are imposters. Spybot search and Destroy is also a good virus remover to have. I use both. AVG free is a good virus protection to install either before or after you have cleaned up your system. AVG is at this link: http://free.avg.com/

When it scans and finds a virus it won't let me delete

Then if you can quarantine that in a folder. Quarantine it. If pccillin have a reporting log with its path. Then copy in a piece of paper the name and path. Then delete that in DOS mode if you are familiar with that only be sure that it is a legit viral file.

How i can protect my pc from virus.pls help me

To protect your computer system from viruses, you should install an updated anti virus. I recommend you to use full version of avast antivirus or AVG 8. Scan your computer and when viruses are detected, delete those infected files and viruses found from the virus vault. Also manually update it. Don't forget to install only one antivirus on your system. Installing more than one antivirus may clash down your system.

Troj/Rustok-N virus!

Have you tried doing a system restore to a date prior to getting the virus. This often returns registry values to the original ones. If you do this and it works make sure you then delete all the old restore points so you don't accidently reinfect your computer. Unfortunately some virus's can prevent system restore from working.

Would appreciate feedback if this works for you. Thanks

VIRUS INFECTION , YOUR SYSTEM IS INFECTED

this is what sounds like a trojan or for of spyware, probably disguised as a screen saver. If you have no anti virus installed download this programme for free http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/lng/us/tpl/v5#avg-anti-virus-free If you have no anti spyware programme download this for free. http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3000-8022_4-10045910.html?part=dl-ad-aware&subj=dl&tag=top5 on the laptop press Ctrl, Alt & delete or right click on task bar to get to the task manager and on the processes tab look for the scrensaver.exe or similair that is running, click on it and press end process. this should allow you to work with windows Install the programmes, then go to system restore tab in my computer>right click>properties>system restore tab and click 'turn off system restore'(this will stop any virus or spyware backups reinstalling). Run both the programmes and remove any spyware or virus. If it still appears you may have to uninstall it safe mode, which is press F8 key on start up and select 'start windows in safe mode' and run the antivirus and spyware programmes again.
