The contrast of the LCD screen can be adjusted by pressing either the CHANNEL UP or DOWN button while holding down the MAIN button. Release the buttons when you reached the optimal level of contrast.

Hey there printerguy08, you either have a low battery or the lcd is damaged.Plug the USB connection to your computer. If the power goes to your remote, then replace or charge your batteries. If the LCD does not activate when connected to the computer, then there is a hardware issue with the remote screen. It should be returned or brought to a service center. Good Luck!

Blank screen

I actually had this same exact problem. I just got off the phone with the repair service. For me it was as simple as hitting the "disp" or display button on the bottom circular area on the back of the camera. It turns the display back off. I felt so dumb lol but i hope it is as easy for you!

I turn it on it works but i cant see the menu or select anything

Try reseting your display, to do this make sure the ps3 is off, then turn it back on and continue to hold the power button until you hear the beeps. Then your display will be reset. This should do the trick.

Blank screen, cannot get menu to display, but sound works

Does the lcd screen have a glow to it ? Or is it really dim if u get real close to screen u can see images moving ?
it it has a glow to it you panel lighting is fine but you control board is bad. If you have a dark screen and see faint images you panel back lighting is out u can check the power with a meter at the connection to inverter board on panel.

Problem monitor

Hi, Sounds either a backlight problem (inverter or tube light) or the display interface. Since you have confirmed that it is your LCD monitor, your best bet perhaps is to seek the services of a qualified professional. Should you venture in doing it yourself (DIY), You need to open up the casing. A step by step procedure is better illustrated here . The working principles of notebook/laptop displays are nearly identical to your LCD. Hope this be of some help. Post back how things turned up or should you need further information. Good luck and kind regards.
