Time keeping.

After day light saving change my watch is still one hour behind in time keeping.

Check in the instructions about the time zone setting and that the feature for auto day light savings are turned on.

If you go to the manufacture site for many of these watches, they have downloadable PDF instructions. They also have service centers that can give support.
