If it shows Emergency Mode means it locked To Network ,you need to Unlock it,get the Unlock code at here

Going out from what?
Is the Taco pump leaking?
Or pipe connected to taco?
Or is the water heater leaking?

1) If this is emergency, turn off water and call plumber.

2) If water heater is leaking:

3) If pump is leaking, then pump needs to be replaced.

4) If pipe going into pump is leaking, then it needs to be taken apart and fixed.

5) Add a photo to this post so I can see problem.

Apple's recommendation worked for me... Unplug the USB cable. Turn the phone off. Then hold the Home button while reconnecting the USB cable.

Alternate option is,
just have him keep trying to put it into DFU mode over and over again, sould work with in 1-10 tries. if you get stuck on something like this, i suggest he just keep trying to do the same thing, change things around, unplug things and then plug em back in.

Its seems that the firmware is not active!
So you have to reflash the firmware with an
active version.

When your phone is branded version then you have to use
a firmware with he same operator.

Or you can try to reflash it with a unbranded frimare.
