First thing first is to focus. All you need to do is to enter "regedit" after clicking Start >> RUN. Under REGISTRY EDITOR screen click on "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > Class >{4D36E965-E325-``CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}. Please highlight "{4D36E965-E325-``CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}" and then on the right pane of the window/Registry Editor, you can see either Lowerfilters and Upperfilters. From then all you need to do is to highlight and then make a "RIGHT CLICK" from the mouse and select for "DELETE" option. After deleting either Lowerfilters and Upperfilters just exit out from Registry Editor screen and shutdown your laptop. Then after 1 minute have to turn it back on then retry checking if it ables to shows up your OPTICAL DRIVE or not. Thank you.
