    We found that using a different web browser like Microsoft Edge or Firefox helped. Some features are not supported with Google Chrome. Internet explore on the older machines still works the best.

You probably have a network card called a IB-30 installed. You will need to reset this card by changing the jumper from is original position to the next one. This will restore the original factory settings, there are only one jumper on the card. If you still have the CD your IB-30 came with it will explain to you under troubleshooting how to restore the factory defaults.

How do you preprogram fax numbers?

If you are connected to network print you can access the web interface by typing the ip address of the printer into any web browser on the network. then go to the basic tab in command center and look for the address book. If you are connected USB this will not work. I recommend network connectivity so you can administrate the unit from the browser.

How to set ip address for kyocera 1320d

Print a Status Page by pressing the green button for about 5 secs. Check the IP Address on the Status Page. If the IP Address is similar to your local network, you type that IP Address in an internet browser to open the Command Center (web interface).
If it is not similar, then you can change PC's IP to be similar to printer and via the command center, you change the printer's IP to a desired IP (similar to your local network) and restore then the IP of the PC to the one before.

you can open the command center of the printer, login using the password admin00. Then go to tab "Basic", click Reset and choose the last one, which says Reset Entire Device To Factory Defaults.
If you just want to reset the frpo parameters to factory defaults, then use the command !R! FRPO INIT; EXIT;
