I have the same issue- but how can you update your software if the battery won't charge? In the instructions to install the latest software updates, it states the battery needs to be fully charged. I have only found a replacement battery on-line and it is $30 dollars- I would rather not spend this if it is not going to get me any farther than I am now.

Make sure your software is updated. All kinds of weird things happen when your software is behind.

My Delphi cp900 display says low battery but it's plugged in and still won't print

The battery must be in good condition to work even if you have it plugged into outside power, the charger doesn't produce enough power to power the printer, it just charges the battery. You will need to replace the rechargeable battery.

I just purchased a new remote for my Delphi XMXpressRC. The remote won't operate any functions. My old remote still works but is worn out. Does the new one need to be programmed?

There is no programing necessary for the remote. Are you sure you have the correct remote? It should be this one: http://www.tss-radio.com/products/xm-universal-xpress-remote-control.

Does the remote you have operate anything on the receiver? If not, I would check the battery. (Maybe try swapping batteries with the old one to see if that makes a difference)

MYFI XM2GO WILL NOT TURN ON. ALSO WHEN I PUT IN CRADLE WILL NOT SHOW CHARGING

I had the same problem. This procedure from the "Technical Questions" section of http://shopdelphi.com/consumers/support/faqs/myfi/ worked for me:
"My MyFi won't power up, how do I reset it?
To reset your MyFi, start by turning the receiver off and removing it from its (car, home, audio system) cradle. Then remove the back cover and battery. Using a small paperclip, press the reset button located on the top left corner of the battery compartment. Now plug the AC power adapter into a wall outlet and plug the power port directly into the bottom of the MyFi (battery stays removed). Wait 10 seconds and listen for a beep. After you hear the beep the message "insert battery" will appear. Cycle the MyFi to ensure it powers up and powers down. If the power cycle is normal, then turn off the MyFi, unplug the power adapter, and reinstall the battery. Re-plug the AC power adapter directly into the bottom of the MyFi. Wait 10 seconds and listen for a beep. After the beep you will see the message "battery charging". Leave the MyFi plugged in until it's fully charged. You will see the message "charging complete" displayed. After the MyFi is fully charged, turn it on and reset to the factory defaults. Unplug the MyFi from the AC power adapter and using the battery power leave it on until it fully discharges (approximately 2-5 hours). Plug the MyFi in using the AC power adapter to recharge the unit and resume normal use. If you need help at any point during this process contact us at 1-877-463-3574 for technical support."

I hope it works for you too.

My mifi XM2go radio will not turn on. I have

Sounds like a bad battery. Try plugging DC adapter directly into the bottom of the unit and turn it on - does it still act-up? If so, bad radio; if it works with adapter only, then battery and charging issue.

Replace the battery. Your Myfi will not work without it -- even if it is plugged into the charger.

SIRIUS S50

When the S50 is place overnight in the Home Base Unit or connected to the AC Adapter it will not charge battery completely.
The I have purchased two new batteries and both have not been properly charge by the units mentioned.
The charge provided to the Battery is of short duration 10 or 15 minutes maximum.
I have telephoned Sirius Company and their response was that they don’t have repair service for this unit any longer.
