Q: Will the Fellowes Opti-Trac fit a large hand with long fingers?

if they are determined to use it.... but if there is an option to use a better size mouse that fit for... why not??.... "use only what is available"

Dear sue, the Fellowes Opti-Trac is an ergonomic mouse, and is quite big in size, therefore is should adapt to a large hand.
If you suffer from RSI, or have troubles in adapting your hand to mouse, he best thing to do is going into a shop selling this and similar ergonomic mouse and try them.
Here is another top ergonomic mouse also designed for a large size hand.
