in following order, either and most likely the Power supply is bad, That is located under the cover where the paper comes out, On the left side of the machine, where the on off switch is, there are 2 screws that hold the cover on, the power supply is there..A fuse on it may be bad, but that power supply fails due to heat. Next is the main board failure, but that is less likely , about a 10 percent chance. The power supply print board crack from heat, and the filter capacitors also fail.
That is a magenta ink stick advancement failure.Look in your ink loader and see why the stick is notr advancing. It may be cracked, twisted or somehow just stuck. That code is telling you the ink stick is not advancing downward into the ink loader. If you put in ink from a different phaser model, it will not read it either. To remove them, take a screw, like a drywall screw and twist it into the ink stick and back it out, then reseat the ink blocks.
